Housekeeping - Room Attendant at UTM Hotel and Residence,
Kuala Lumpur

Job description: • Ensures the cleanliness and
orderly presentation of assigned guestrooms or
serviced apartments and maintains a positive
overall impression of the hotel in accordance
with the hotel’s procedures and standards.
• Efficiently cleans assigned number of rooms per day keeping within departmental
standards.
• Check and report items which are damaged or
in need of maintenance.
• Must be able to interact with guests in a professional
and respectful manner and plays an important
role in addressing special requests or problems

Job requirement: • Two years of experience as a room attendant preferred
• Ability to follow instruction
• Professional attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills
• Good communication skills are an asset
• Good organizational skills
• Strong customer service
• Able to work well under pressure
• Professional appearance and manners
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

Minimum qualification: SPM

Fulltime | RM 1500 to 1800
